Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Kortpick (“we”, “us”) for the Hush Sort app and website. By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, the Apple EULA prevails for iOS users.

1. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Hush Sort for your own entertainment. Don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the app, and don’t use it in any unlawful way.

2. Profiles and fair play

• Choose a player name that isn’t offensive, hateful, sexual, or impersonating someone (including us). We may hide or change names that break this rule.
• Don’t cheat: no modified apps, bots, automation or exploiting bugs to gain XP or win races.
• Treat other players with respect. You can report or block any player.
• We may suspend or remove profiles that break these terms. You can delete your profile at any time in the app.

3. Coins and virtual items

Coins, themes and other virtual items have no cash value, can’t be exchanged for money, and can’t be transferred. We may change how virtual items work to keep the game balanced.

4. Purchases and Hush Sort Pro

• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Hush Sort Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $2.99/month or $19.99/year (prices may vary by country and are shown before you buy). The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Hush Sort profile does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.

5. Ads

The free version shows ads, including optional videos you can watch for rewards. Ad choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Hush Sort running, but online features (leaderboards, races, daily challenges) may sometimes be unavailable. We may update, change or stop features. The core puzzle game works offline.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
